an Analysis of the Primera Línea
This project maps a new topography of protest that emerged out of necessity during Chile’s October 2019 uprisings, which I witnessed firsthand. Together with Kjell Wistoff, we analyzed and visualized protest sites, symbols, and actors of the Primera Línea as well as the repressive capacities of the Carabineros using open-source materials in a detailed visual presentation.
